• $1 million for the wrongful death of a child struck while walking to school bus.
• $400,000.00 for the wrongful death of a child struck while crossing street.
• $750,000.00 for the wrongful death of a mother where farm machinery blocked road at night.
• $90,000.00 where client struck truck from the rear.
• 130,000.00 for side impact collision where vehicle driver collided woman at intersection.

TRACTOR TRAILER AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLE CASES

• $780,000.00 for vehicle driver who sustained catastrophic injuries from a commercial truck who ran red light at intersection.
• $37,500.00 for permanent shoulder injuries for a vehicle passenger from tractor trailer.
• $750,000.00 for a vehicle occupant injured and killed by a tractor trailer rear-end collision.
• $750,000.00 for vehicle driver injured by tractor trailer blocking the road at night.

PREMISES GENERAL CASES

• $300,000.00 for a child molested by utility employee.
